Usage & connection details
To connect, you’ll confirm permission to share the financial information you can access. Then open Ask Jade → Bookkeeping, or follow the instructions for Codex or Claude.
Your organization shares up to 100 AI requests per day across all members. A task may use more than one request. A shared monthly allowance also applies to the built-in assistant.
Codex and Claude use your AI provider account and its usage limits. That subscription does not carry over to the built-in Jade assistant.
